Leadership doesn’t begin with strategy or vision.

It begins with who you are being.

​

Many leaders unknowingly carry roles, expectations, and emotional weight that no longer belong to them.

 

Over time, this creates misalignment,

fatigue, and performative leadership.

​

Leading From the Inside Out is a half-day, small-group experience designed for leaders who want to reconnect with their natural authority, clarity, and presence.

​

Working alongside horses—masters of congruence and non-verbal communication—participants will explore how they show up as leaders, where they may be over-efforting or carrying too much, and how to lead with greater truth and ease.

Participants will experience:​

​

• A grounded, embodied sense of their leadership presence

• Insight into where they are leading from alignment vs obligation

• Direct feedback from horses about congruence, boundaries, and authenticity

• A clear, embodied intention for how they want to lead this year

• Space to release what is no longer theirs to carry

This is NOT:

• Another leadership checklist

• A skills workshop in a conference room

• A theory-heavy seminar

• Somatic and embodied

• Relational and experiential

• Feedback from horses —nonjudgmental co-facilitators
